At Chester Creek Bookstore, we love giving books and antiques a second life. Below you’ll find information about donations, selling books, and other services we offer.
We Buy Books
We purchase books that are in excellent condition and sell well in our store.
Tina, the owner, is the only buyer in the shop. We offer cash or in-store credit for accepted items. Please call ahead to make sure Tina is available before bringing books in for evaluation.
As with donations, we do not buy ex-library books, textbooks, or books that have any damage. Collectible editions with some wear may be of interest.
We Buy Antiques
We also purchase select antiques. Because Tina handles all buying decisions, please call the shop in advance to confirm she is available before bringing items in.
Book Donations
We gladly accept book donations during regular store hours. Simply bring donations inside and place them just past the entrance.
Please note: we do not accept ex-library editions, textbooks, books with water damage or mold.
